When you order any available stock product before 2pm Monday-Thursday (before 11am on a Friday), we’ll despatch it the same day for a next working day delivery, via a secure courier service.
For each custom product on our site, you’ll see a guide to typical lead times. These can vary depending on your order quantity, the nature of the product and customisation method and whether we need to create your artwork.
After we’ve received an enquiry, we’ll confirm a delivery date with you. If you need something in a hurry, do let us know and we’ll always do our best to help you if we can.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If you need information about our Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy, that must mean that you ordered from us – in which case, thank you!
We do our absolute best to provide high quality products with excellent customer service so if there’s been a hiccup somewhere along the way, we’ll always do everything we can to put it right.
That said, here are some important points you’ll need to know:
RETURNS OF ANY ITEM DUE TO DEFECTS/DAMAGE/PRINT MISTAKES
If your product arrives in a defective, faulty or damaged state, or contains a print error outside the tolerances widely accepted for the print industry, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to let us know.
We’ll then arrange for collection and for the order to be re-produced or cancelled according to your wishes.
If you choose to cancel your order, we will assess your returned items to check the defects or faults you’ve reported and, where found to be the case, we’ll give you a full refund without quibble and will reimburse you for any delivery costs you’ve incurred through ordering and/or returning the items.
All returns for credit must be agreed by us in writing or by email first.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS OF CUSTOM PRINT OR SERIALISED ITEMS
If you receive your order and see there’s a mistake in your print, please contact us immediately. However, we can only be responsible for mistakes caused by the printing process or for printing the wrong artwork.
Items containing errors in the artwork which were present in an approved proof are not eligible for a refund.
If for any reason you need any or all items in your order replacing urgently, please call us to ask about a fast turnaround. We’ll always do everything we possibly can to deliver a new order to you in time for when you need it.
You can only return customised products for a refund if they’re defective, not as described, not fit for purpose or they contain an error in the print process which falls outside tolerances widely accepted by the print industry.
None of these conditions affect your statutory rights.
