Please be aware all images, graphics, logos and text that appear on your final design will be converted to black before printing. Most images will include a white background when uploaded but please note this will not be printed on your wristbands.

Unless a repeating logo/image is preferred position text more to the left as part of the wristband is not visible when worn on the wrist

The maximum printable area is 20mm x 190mm, The maximum visible printable area when worn is 20mm x 155mm

How to use our Online Design Tool:

1. Choose a base colour.

2. Add text, add graphics or drop in your own image to create your design.

3. Check for any errors or spelling mistakes as these cannot be rectified            once order is sent to print.

4. Use the relative icons to save, print or download your design for your            reference.

5. When completed, select the quantity required and add to basket.                  (Min. quantity 100, for orders over 5000 per colour please get in touch)

6. Delivery is then within 1-3 working days.

All our our printed Tyvek wristbands can be custom printed with your own design, logo, slogan or message to your individual requirements.

Custom printing enables you to personalise and improve the visual impact of the band and increase the level of security by reducing the risk of being copied.

Our printed 1” (25mm) Tyvek Wristbands are:

• Secure with a single use tamper-evident adhesive fastening

• Safer for children as they have an adhesive strip rather than a plastic clasp
• Available in a choice of 12 base colours for overprinting

You can use our online design tool to create your artwork and order online.

Or if you prefer, you can email your artwork to us at artwork@jc-leisure.com as an .ai or .eps file (preferred format) or .pdf .jpeg .tiff .gif or .psd file using black only for mono print.
Our artwork department will create a bespoke design for you and send a proof for your approval prior to printing your order. See our FAQ’s for more details.

Please note that when a wristband is wrapped and fastened around a wrist, there will be some overlap and some of your design won’t be visible. We recommend you allow for that when deciding where to place logos and key brand messages in your design.
